All top 10 cryptocurrencies saw gains during the reporting period, with Solana, Cardano, Bitcoin, and Polygon increasing by more than 6%.
Tether’s market cap grew to $81.58 billion, while USD Coin and Binance USD fell to $30.68 billion and $6.34 billion, respectively.
Bitcoin’s price rose 6.18% to $29,025, and its market dominance increased to 46.6% from 46%. During the reporting period, Bitcoin broke two psychological price barriers of $29,000 and $28,000 amid concerns over a US banking crisis.
Ethereum rose 5.56% to trade at $1,916, and its market dominance increased to 19.1% from 19.0%. Like Bitcoin, Ethereum saw bullish sentiment, rallying to as high as $1918 during the reporting period.
The top five gainers over the last 24 hours were Mass Vehicle Ledger, which grew 26.4%; Radix, which grew 16.43%; Render Token, which gained 9.14%; Solar, which rose 14.84%; and Injective, which increased by 12.92%. The top five losers were Voyager Token, which fell 22.56%; TemDAO, which declined 7.66%; BinaryX, which decreased 5.28%; Floki Inu, which dropped 5.03%; and Cartesi, which plunged 2.56%.
